T.E.T. is a 30 hour programme taught by an authorised instructor.
The design involves participating actively in a 4 step instructional process:
Structure - presentations, audio-visual material
Involvement - workbook exercises, example scripts and skill practice
Process - discussion, sharing and reflection on new learnings
